Privacy Policy
The Castle Hill Homeowners Association is dedicated to protecting
the privacy of our members. We do not share the HOA member
information with anyone.
Every effort has been made to ensure the contents
of our Web pages are correct. Typographical errors in the
Rules and Regulations, By-Laws, comments and in the layout
can occur.
If an error is found, please notify
the Website Administrator of the nature of the problem.
This information will be corrected promptly.
When emails and reports have been received from
homeowners in the HOA, the contents and source of this information
are kept confidential except to the Board of Directors and
the Committee to which it applies.
It is the policy of the HOA that we will not
disclose the source of a violation report to the person(s)
in violation.
