Committees
Architectural Committee
Reviews and approves projects submitted by
homeowners.
Before beginning a project, homeowners need
to complete and submit for approval an application for architectural
change to an ACC member.
Examples include installation of pools (with
the exception of temporary wading pools). All city permits
are the responsibility of the homeowner. Above-ground pools
are not allowed in Castle Hill. Backyard buildings and playground
equipment that may be visible from the street must also be
approved. This information is meant to serve as a guide and
homeowners should refer to Declaration of Covenants to make
sure their project is in compliance.

Social Committee
The Social Committee plans, coordinates and
oversees all of the social events for Castle Hill Estates.
This committee also welcomes all new homeowners to the neighborhood
with a welcome packet and small gift.

Landscape Committee
Oversees landscape/irrigation for the HOA at the entry and
at the park. They communicate and coordinate with the landscape
contractor and follow up with a once-a-month check to make
sure all areas of the contract are being addressed.

Decorations Committee
This committee will determine the decorations
for the entry into Castle Hill Estates for the Patriotic Holidays
as well as Christmas. They will put up and take down all decorations
each year and will provide a place for all decorations to
be stored.

Audit Committee
The purpose of the Audit Committee is to supervise
the annual audit of the Association’s books and approve the
annual budget and statement of income and expenditures to
be presented to the membership at its annual meeting, as provided
in Article XI, Section 8(d). The Treasurer shall be an ex-officio
member of this committee when formed.
